These terms govern your use of Esperra, a platform operated by Excel Leadership International CIC, a Community Interest Company (CIC). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
Esperra is a brand of Excel Leadership International and is operated by Excel Leadership International CIC, a Community Interest Company (CIC) — a private company limited by guarantee, without share capital — registered in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom under company number NI684906, with its registered office at 9 Carolhill Park, Ballymena, Northern Ireland, BT42 2DF. It was incorporated on 11 January 2022.
As a Community Interest Company, Excel Leadership International CIC operates for the benefit of the community, with Transform the World as its designated asset-lock beneficiary. You can reach us at s-p@esperra.com.
Esperra provides a subscription platform for values-led founders: a growth roadmap, themed content (“brains”), resources and scorecards, community features, and access to two distinct 1:1 lines — mentorship (business strategy and advisory) and coaching (leadership and performance development).
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The platform is intended for business users; you must be legally able to enter a contract.
You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, you will not:
Platform access is offered on a monthly or yearly subscription. The two 1:1 lines use separate consulting credits — mentorship and coaching are billed and tracked independently; plans may include bundled credits and you can purchase additional session packs at any time. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes are applied where applicable. Renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled per the plan terms shown at checkout and in your account billing settings.
Mentors and coaches provide guidance and support based on experience. Their input is not professional financial, legal, accounting, medical, or therapeutic advice, and Esperra does not guarantee any particular business or personal outcome. Decisions you make remain your own.
The platform, its content and brand are owned by Excel Leadership International CIC or its licensors. You may use resources for your own business; you may not resell or redistribute them. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the service.
We rely on trusted providers (for example hosting, database, payments and email). Your use of the platform is also subject to their terms where relevant. See the Privacy Policy for the list of sub-processors.
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature survive (e.g. IP, liability) continue.
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with an updated date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.
